Our Head Brewer, James, brings the perfect combination of education and experience to lead the creation of Excelsior Brews. Following his Food Science and Technology degree from Oregon State, James spent five years honing his craft at Summit Brewing Company before joining Excelsior Brewing Company. With the perfect balance of art and science, you never know what fun might be on tap at EBC.
